Employees Purchase Rainwise

Nine long-term employees of RainWise Inc. struck a deal with the former owner and founder, Mr. John Baer to purchase the company. In the best interest of the employees and the local economy, Mr. Baer worked hard to arrange an agreement that was accommodating to all involved. He also offered his continued services as a registered Mechanical Engineer. The entire RainWise crew is very grateful for his generosity.
